Beginner Cross Stitch Class: 24th Oct 2026 10am-12.30pm

Learn to cross stitch in Dungannon in our beginner-level class. Jill will teach you how to cross stitch in a relaxed and supportive environment. You'll develop a foundational base of knowledge and skills so that you can continue to cross stitch with confidence once the course has finished. 

These classes will take place on Saturday 24th Oct 10am-12.30pm in Dungannon Presbyterian Church Hall (everyone everyone).

You'll make: 

• A cross stitch in a mini embroidery hoop

You'll learn how to: 

• Start using loop start and waste knot techniques
• Keep your stitches looking uniform 
• Prevent your thread from forming knots
• Finish your thread by weaving in 
• Change thread colour
• Follow a pattern
• Choose and prepare your fabric

We'll provide you with: 

• Aida fabric
• Threads
• Tapestry Needle
• Minu Embroidery hoop
• Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits

These classes are intended for individuals aged 16 and over.
