Refund policy

14 day cooling off period on unwanted items

If you would like to return your order you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods by sending an email to info@knitstitchchill.co.uk. You will then have 14 days to return the goods to us from the date on which we've been notified. The cost of returns postage will be at your expense unless the item is faulty or damaged, not-as-described, or unfit for purpose, in which case we will cover the cost of the return postage.

Once the goods have been received by us and confirmed to be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, we will refund you within 14 days of receipt. 

Please note that this clause excludes cut pieces of fabric, unless it is faulty or damaged, not-as-described, or unfit for purpose, as these items are considered to be a bespoke item under UK legislation. In the event that you would like to return fabric, please get in touch with us as we may be able to offer a goodwill gesture, although we cannot guarantee this. 

30 day period for faulty, damaged, not-as described, or unfit for purpose items

If you discover that an item was faulty, damaged, not-as-described or unfit for purpose on receipt, through no fault of your own, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation. Let us know of your intent to return the items within 30 days of receiving your goods by sending an email to info@knitstitchchill.co.uk and we will then arrange for the item to be returned to us, with the postage cost covered by us, and liaise with you regarding your preferred option with regards to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation.

After the 30 day period, if you discover that an item was faulty, damaged, not-as-described or unfit for purpose on receipt, through no fault of your own, within 6 months of receiving your goods, you will only be entitled to a repair, replacement or price cut.
