If you know how to crochet but struggle to read a pattern then this is the class for you. Together we'll demystify crochet patterns so that you can make any design with confidence.
You'll learn how to:
- Follow the typical layout of a crochet pattern
- Understand the abbreviations and how to tell if the pattern's written in US or UK crochet terms
- Choose your size and make a tension square/gauge swatch
- Choose the right yarn for your pattern
- Be able to tell if the pattern matches your current skill set
We'll provide you with:
- Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits

This class will take place on Saturday 10th October 10am-12pm in Dungannon Presbyterian Church Hall (not affiliated - classes are open to everyone).
These classes are intended for individuals aged 16 and over. If your teenager is under 16 but would like to attend we may consider this if they can attend with someone over 16 and with parental consent - please contact me via email before booking at info@knitstitchchill.co.uk to discuss further.
